Most custom printed discs ship either the same business day OR the next business day - ALL other companies charge a premium for doing this -why? - BBB rating - read all complaints AND how the company responded - this will give you an idea of how the company will respond to you should you have a complaint
- Check the reviews - don't just read the reviews they have put on their site but reviews from outside of their website. Blank Media Printing utilizes ResellerRatings for review catching - how does this work? - After a customer has placed an order, they'll be asked if they would like to take a survey after they have received their order. Once the order has been delivered (we allow the customer ten days, so they have had time to review what you received thoroughly), they will receive an email inviting them to write a review. Blank Media Printing has NO control over these reviews, and we cannot edit or delete ANY review.
- Compare shipping costs - this is another area where companies can increase the price. Blank Media Printing takes the 'real' shipping cost and adds the appropriate cost for the packaging (cardboard box, protective packaging, tape, etc. - yes, these all have a price and are added to the shipping cost NOT the product cost).
- Call the company, get to know them (if you have time), see how they respond to your questions, yes, ask questions - after all, we know what we do (and we do it well).
